landed cannot just look at subsales lo.... if look at midah, perdana, pandan indah... their subsales also not to the extent of more than 800k for double storey lo.... but new landed in KL address pricing usually determine by demand for new landed housing rather than surrounding market value nia.... and banks also approve their EF anyway if ur main point is its not reflective of the market valuations....

kl address just part of the equation... like i said... landed and condo under KL address... there will be alot of different factors involved in arriving the pricing.... especially demand vs supply.... try to study more how much demand are there for a brand new landed under KL address...

if your budget can afford... tiara hills better located than alam damai.... they are proper big sizes landed superlinks.... better than the landed in EH i would say.... but environment wise.... i dont think its up to the landscaping standard of EH....

anyway if you able to pay back the loan again... they will stop lelong your house... alot of ppl rather default on housing loan payment for sometime... only pay up when kena lelong... especially those over-geared flippers...
