yea wor.... when i went in... i can feel the same way i feel with SEP.... and SEP is actually very desirable for own stay to me... except on the lake water...

for a newer development... JH is doing well in term of landscaping... i also looking forward to stay there if i am afforded to own one.... but thats subjective for me la... laugh.gif laugh.gif

yea... thats my point.... anyway SEP only have semi D and bungalow aje... JH consist from link houses to bungalow... but in term of landscaping... its all good enough for southern KV if u are looking for another DPC landscaping... haha

its very subjective depending on how fast they build each level and also how long they really take to complete the whole building and VP.... over the 3-4 years of construction for a condo it could be 5% -10% of your purchase price....

depends on where u wanna go... with SUKE highway incoming... there will be another option to go to KL already... save alot of time compared to currently... from suke to ampang to akleh... ta-da KLCC....

its really mainly for own stay... u wont need to worry that your neighbor everyday is different ppl or maybe there will be negros move in beside you... children can just utilize the park and the lake without worries as its fully G&G with majority own stayers....

wont really habis la... the concept still very unique in this part of KV.... the lake view units for A&B also sold til left 5 units aje... not bad for their premium pricing... but i doubt PPA1m and rumawip will proceed... if no DO they can freeze it indefinitely....
