Trraffic in and out side EH. Sharing 1 entrance. Once u r out of the entrance. Below have rows of 90% deserted shop houses. And rows of low cost flats at the sides
1 small road leading down along the shop houses. Or if u decide to U turn and the the 1 small road out to damai perdana via the low cost flats path.
They said low density? EH have 4 blocks of condo. That alone is not low density.
Maintenance is rm600.00 per month. I am very happy with that price. Just for the security alone i am willing to pay. But 5 years down the road...will there be a drop in standard security? Wat if more than 40% owner refuse to pay?
To this day, gita bayu near balakong jaya, their security are top notch. May be its because many datuk or tan sri in side.
I really love EH. I am still trying to accept the problems i foresee in the future. I like the concept. I am staying in gita bayu atm.
I was advised about the pros and cons in buying EH. Gita bayu have its pros and cons too. Lol.

total 1300++ units on a 47.4 acres land... so u wish developer only build less than 1000 units on such a huge land under KL address??

whereas other places... 4.7 acres building similar numbers of resi....
alot of taman roads in cheras also narrow and one way in and out only... if you wanna stay in cheras... this should be the least of the complaint... lol... been staying in cheras for 20 years... this is something that cheras residents have to accept it...
and possibility of owners not paying... well... its under strata title... at least there are laws governing those who dont pay for it... and personally... the condo price is the highest psf in cheras... owners who have financial muscle to buy it... mostly would have certain financial quality there... the package to purchase also not that attractive for those cashless buyers as well...
