What facilities do this property have? Main entrance is from where to access to car park? What is this as per circled?

Anyone know the front access gate to enter to this apartment in future? The parking access in out is at the one near 5th floor right? Do you think is it worth to buy this house for staying?

decent size for a decent pricing... i dont think anywhere else will sell you 1200 sq ft at this kind of pricing nowadays... and also low density as this... as long as u dun mind the address (which is not exactly ulu) going to KL from selayang just like going to KL from puchong... its actually good enough for own stay... of course if u wan access to public transportation and closer to KL address... u have to pay the extra price...

Selayang118 VP already. try ask developer if got unit. it is in Bandar Baru Selayanng. the other side of Jln Ipoh-Rawang.

opposite hospital also not bad... near all shops, school etc..

this project seem like build on a small piece of land like the one opposite selayang hospial res280.... i believe res280 still having dev unit to be sell...and it is complete although smaller.....
next to this project is the star city.... last time agents told selling fast and some tell almost sold out... in fact...you know i know...plus the developer of starcity.... hm.... i think build quality so far accepted but material they use is xxxx.... after completion the speed of handling those bad workmanship also slow.. no confident....
got budget go for selaygn18.....look nice...but not sure the build quality....

Superb for own stay as cannot find such large buildup with 3 rooms.3 washrooms at such prizes, but Selayang18 definitely looked grand but if opposit hospital.than.bad.fungsui

Selayang18 is not opposite Hotel.

I will pick Selyanag18 anytime over V-Residensi.

I had friend purchase previous project by them and it really fxxked up badly. Its more like a low cost flat.

Yaya, the sales person said almost sold out. But still now seem no update and start construction yet.

U better walk in ask for the package from the sales person.

Sales ppl said complete in year 2021. But now the site still not yet start construction as photos attached. Heard from friend who visit gallery said the ppl told is end Dec start construction, some said due to not even sell half of 240 units yet, so pending for construction time.

Do anyone aware that their brochure stated Tarikh Jangka Siap is when? I saw is year 2019...somethings look not right. Is it printed wrongly?
