i think people staying in selayang mainly go to the gombak lrt station as there is proper park and ride facility there.

ini for own stay one... how holland it can be... not suitable to buy for investment... for own stay... staying in 240 units condo with 1200sqft above better than staying in a 1000 units condo and smaller sizes....

based on the latest price chart i saw... left 25% of the units only... low density... easier to sold out also....

not much discussion here... majority buyers are own stayers and quite familiar with selayang.... maybe they dont reli need any opinion from the forum... haha

Not really familiar, choose here is because low density, 500k 1242 sqf, low down payment 1% and cash rebate summore.

wa... so confident ka... haha.... the size and the pricing is something really attractive... considering selayang to KL is not far like kajang to KL etc those kind of distance... within 20km radius to KL area.... 1242 sq ft 500k is very rare....

just signed SPA n LA last week on 9th of Sep.. bought it for own stay.. hopefully star city project can resume work n finish same time as this vr5..
