this project seem like build on a small piece of land like the one opposite selayang hospial res280.... i believe res280 still having dev unit to be sell...and it is complete although smaller.....
next to this project is the star city.... last time agents told selling fast and some tell almost sold out... in fact...you know i know...plus the developer of starcity.... hm.... i think build quality so far accepted but material they use is xxxx.... after completion the speed of handling those bad workmanship also slow.. no confident....
got budget go for selaygn18.....look nice...but not sure the build quality....

if you guy dont mind to travel further up.. go for V-residence instead of these.. a bit inside but i believe less noisy la.... the star city dont know when will resume work and the developer not really ethic enough although wellknown...
some more this new project is build on a small piece of land.... the condo behind mostly foreign workers stay leh... think twice

check carefully.. some idxxt post V-residence but in fact selling other property.... but it could be also as last time if they buy with discount....will be cheaper...below 400k maybe at lost price la... anyway... i saw price dropping month by month...

some time agent will list higher price on iproperty then following no demand they will adjust the price down again..... if no hurry on get one just monitor first....
