Cannot mark up loan.
Can take loan from any other banks just like buying from subsale.

owh... looking at the bank valuation... if can mark up loan... superb on the cash mgmt...

the main concern of buying brand new project from developer is also for the discount and freebies... alot of first hse buyers not afforded to pay....

Doubt many valuers will give optimistic or future price valuation.

as long as cover the 10% downpayment would be perfect for most buyers... and if only one or two isolated lelong case... the valuation overall wont suddenly drop to that lelong pricing level.... their valuation basis still have to based on general market condition....

To cover 10% down payment is effectively over valued. Not sure many valuers are willing to take this risks at current market sentiment.

The crane removal was done since early of last year.. However, the lights in Star City is still lit every nigh

Purchased and servicing interest chargew now for VR5

3rd level of residential unit is on going.. All parking, shops n the facility floor is done.. It's now on 8th floor from bottom
