don't lean back like that it's hard to tell
if you wanna take a shot, take it upfront and that way we can judge if you're really 33% BF. Although you look more like 20% bf though it's hard to say cuz camera angels can really make things look different.
Example, amber chia only looks good in certain angles, and she repeatedly takes pics at that angels to look good.

to those who once questionned why russians are so strong and brutal..... try boris sheiko's routine. i tot of givin it a shot one month since it says one month results can be seen.
Lemme just tell u one thing. It's brutal. BrUTaL! U may be liting 50% 65% of ur 1RPM but, give it 5 sets of 5 reps of ur 65%, and u'll be bending ur back tyin to straighten urself.

i was thinking.....maybe on the 1st of may (labour day/wesak day), i will be comin to KL ........maybe wanna have a gathering to meet you guys.
Also maybe go to the gym, and check out each other's forms........do a lil critique or something? Do a lil bit of light lifting la...see what you bodybuilders have to share...anybody up for it?
btw, good luck with the cuttin ego. Nice crib too. Lurve ur bike, cycle it once a while....

i wanna noe how much powerlifters can lift more in a smaller physique compared to a bodybuilder....i'm a strong believer of size=/=strength. But how far is the difference....that's what makes me question.

the lack of high rep training has taken it's toll on me. I can only do bicep curls .....like abut 44LBS (20kg) per hand for 5 reps only. It's like, first off I dun even have the initiative to go more, and my body just feels lazy. However, any lighter, there won't be any real "pump"

Breakfast around 9am (depend on when is the break). Usually fry mee + 1 egg.
tea time, no time for that.
lunch, usually chicken + egg + vege and rice.
Pre-workout. Usually I just take Jacob high fibre/low salt cracker with Milo/Cereal.
Workout usually 5pm, then dinner around 6:30pm. As usual, chicken + vege.
10pm, cereal/milo + cracker.....
3 packs of HL milk last me for 5 days....sometime 2 packs for 4 days.... as it isn't cheap.... sweat.gif
Diet may varies depend on how busy is my studies.... *
Okie, this is how I say you should do it. Reverse your cereal+milo+cracker+milk, to breakfast.
Then I understand as you're in university, its' kinda scarce to get good food, so you can either pack wholemeal bread+jam and put in a little tuna.
lunch looks fine, but your preworkout is retarded.
okay la, i'm those clown that always miss preworkout, but it's really important. here's what i suggest:
at the very least, eat oats...2 packs of instant oats+bread with ham/cheese/tuna/macaroney/turtle meat.
POST workout, now this is important. Get somethign that is absorbed real fast. Example? Milk. Another example, protein shakes. Another example.......man cum.
Supper, drink milk if u can't afford to get protein shake first. Save a lil money.
