it is pretty good for n00bs that really can't pull-up.......actually i feel anybody can do a pull-up, it's the body that doesn't know how to coordinate it right yet....but with time, anybody can

weight is EXACTLY the same

measurement, i didn't measure the first time anyway so i don't really noe

i do a bit more right armed pull-up, cuz i'm tryin to achieve a 1 arm-pull-up. Right now, using 1 left finger and 3 right fingers. Hopefully can get 1-arm pull-ups in this year.

nxt up on the list, planche, iron-cross, 10 muscle-ups, and a 265LBS bench!!

if your 2 arm pull up is strong enough, u should be able to do one arm. cuz if u can do 25 pull up, 1 time 1 arm pull up impossible canot. how many reps u can do now?
*
you've never tried one-arm-pull-ups eh?

I can do up to 18 max, so maybe one of the factors I can't do a 1-arm-pull-up is cuz I'm not strong enough, but trust me on this, it's not that easy to do a 1-arm-pull-up.

Right now I think i've been doin it too much or someting, cuz my palms are the ones suffering the most. They're torn badly.....it isn't even hardcore anymore. It's more to plain painfully damaging to my hands.

try tower pull ups? can strengthen your grip more. nvr tried one arm pull up

cuz i know i cant do it lol
*
it's not the grip, AT ALL
nothing to do with my grip strength
my grip's strong enough, it's just the back strength, the coordination, the CNS that makes it so tough.

measure the bar again
an oly bar ISN'T 45LBS.
It's 40+- LBS. I think the safety brackets are the extra 5lbs, so if u dun use safety brackets, don't say it's 45lbs.

i have a problem with post workout meals. It doesn't matter how much, I can't seem to feel full. I eat one whole chicken (including skin yes, fat yes, of course) but i don't get full.
I can eat a tonne of beef (we actually calculated that day with a friggin weighing scale, i stopped at 2.1KG's cuz we had to go home)

It's just absurd. And I feel hungry after an hour again.....like ravenously hungry. I think, I've got worms. NO seriously, I think I have worms. The next morning, I'm hungry again!!

after training, i don't feel full much. U can ask darkie, if he's still around....we did legs one time, and he was dead pooped, i was jumping around and eatin everything in sight.

Unlike u king, I ain't much of a KFC fan....but if I do eat KFC, i'll get nauseated after a while by the salty taste. SO I let my cousins take the flesh and i eat the skin and fats. Yummehhhhhhh!!!! Then I eat proper food tongue.gif how ironic. I seriously, seriously, LOVE beef. I also love nandos and kenny rogers chickin. Yum!
