QUOTE(CandleJack @ Jan 25 2008, 09:12 AM) And bad camera angle. its true. do u feel your lats while doing bent over row? if u r not feeling it, means ur lats are not big enough to let u feel it lol.Yeah, i agree on having to learn how to flex. The first time i actually tried flexing it, everyone was giving me the "if u can't flex it, it's fats" BS. |

long torso. good pictures. yeah u can always do bodybuilding with oly lifts. but it will be taxing. FS or squats, snatch, PCs, DLs, rows.. but i would recommend like what i told u before.. do 8-10x3 for the big lifts, and 3x6-8 for the accessories.
example Back day DL 8x3/PC 8x3 lats pull down/row 3x6-8 Shrugs 3x6-8 something like tat, more of a hydrid training. i keep the compounds rep low. below 8. most of the time 6 saje. acessory i do 8-12. works very well for me so far. u can try it out. and yeah. fire your guns more. lol |

QUOTE(kanishen18 @ Mar 13 2008, 09:00 PM) almost one year 8 months bulk kau kau...eat and workout and rest!! actually my initial target was to bulk until my bodyweight reach 90 kg but at 83 to 84kg also i feel like a cow d!!! hard to run cause bulky especially the lats pushing out plus my shirt size all became small...so now i tend to increase muscle size by only eating the right food and train lighter than moderate wieghts but keep my rest time strictly 30seconds!! trust me you don't wanna think of carrying heavy!! so right now i can concentrate on builidng lean muscle at the same time keeping my waist small!! bulking while keeping fat low is not about training. is about diet. |
