i'm gonna need to cancel the previous short term goal i set. now i'm cutting. 90 days challange. to get single digit BF% in 90 days. low carb diet. with the help of a few fellowship lol

its a superset principle, by arthur jones(the 1st HIT training regime guy, result is casey viator IFBB PRO/arnold era).

do 10 reps of flies then continued by 10 reps of barbell bench press without rest.. i did that last saturday.. i almost died.. ija saw me dead.

do them for 4 sets. seriously will fry u up. but u can try post exhaution too.. benchpress then only flies..
