no specific program bro... kinda like split bodyparts like you posted for Ernest(is his nick correct? )
to prevent this thread die again, everyone must post pics here often loh
Chow.
Oh yea. Volume ftw. It's obviously working for you. So you train a bodypart every week? Sometimes i go high reps and heavy weights for even 4 x 15 on the incline bench. Lol...
Heh... i can do almost the whole stack if my tris where fresh. That was done after chest sets plus 4 sets skullcrushers and this was my second set at the pressdowns.
Going heavy and very high reps are fun but extremely taxing. I'm still feeling the systemic fatigue till now.
I've just started with Body Building since April 2007 after few years of being a couch potato. Before that, I was kinda athletic with various sports activities. It was very unexpected to get sucked into carrying weights. Initially I joined a gym out of boredom in life and to occupy my ample time. Now I find myself feeling uneasy during my rest day. I'm currently consuming weight gainer and lift 3 times a week. No Cardio
I guess pictures speak a thousand words.

Kindly give comment/advice as accordingly. All sifus guidance will be highly appreciated.
Ignore King83, he's a regular troll on the forums. You look way better than him considering you started just since April 2007. Keep up the good work.
Reading such words from a reputable bb in H&F means a lot to me. Please do not hesitate to shower me with advice/criticism. I gonna need it to further improve my knowledge in BB. Looking forward in meeting/working out with you all one day.
Thank you N0eL. It is an honor to hear such words from aspiring trainees like yourself as it gives me inspiration to push my body to the limit and beyond. I'll help out whenever i can. And yes, I've met up and trained members before. Do not hesitate to ask if you require assistance. Right now don't worry about width or thickness, etc. Focus on gaining overall body mass and milk those newbie gains to the limit.
Aww... still talking about my deadlift. How sweet. Thank you to the one who showed me the link to this particular discussion. And yes, my form is spot on because I posted it on bb.com and it was approved by veteran members.

erh....i donno why you're so shocked......because a lot of these powerlifters lift without straps anwyay.........i mean in powerlifting, straps are disallowed.
there's one russian lifter, 950LBS squat at 270LBS@6" i think.....22 years old. I feel weak. LOL
Prove it. Do you actually know anything about powerlifting then in the first place if you can make such a statement like that since you "claim" to be a powerlifter.

Nope. Culking I'm getting bigger and losing bodyfat at the same time. Waist shrunk 3 inches, bodyweight went down from 95kg to 86kg, arms got bigger as well as shoulders, back, chest, legs, etc.
wow dude...you lost bodyfat without losing size...how did you do it?cardio? ive been lifting and doing cardio so hard but the slabs around my waist just wont go off
Here's my secret. I DON'T do cardio. LOL!!!

LOL the waist is so not you!!! LOL! Anyway Look much better! What project you in? Printed ad?
Rly? Hehe. I love my new waist though. Now i get called sexy and buff instead of just buff. I'll let you know what project once it's out.
Update. I weighed myself again. I'm now 83kg. So i lost a total of 12-13kgs. And i hit PR's today on shoulders but stamina's suffering a bit from depleted carbs.
free_enuf : You're looking good yourself. Nothing to feel bad about.

To DarkLight:
How did you Bulk and Lose Body fat at the same time? Anyway, found this link on Recomp (A method to Bulk and Lose Body Fat simultaneously).
Hi. It is possible but it's very hard. I did a lot of experimentation on myself. I carb depleted myself once to the point where i got flat, so some carbs are definitely necessary post post workout. =) It's good to see new enthusiastic members here, not like the last time some cocky retards were flooding the boards with their bullshit.

so darkie u think carbs is necessary as post post? i'm currently cutting carbs out. i have little rice on lunch and no rice on dinner, which is ususally post post workout. but i do still take oats/carbs in my pre shake.
Sometimes i skip whey and go straight for a solid meal. Some carbs are necessary. You cannot eliminate all unless you're prepping for a comp.
Added on November 27, 2007, 10:42 pmi heard its 32/33.
Actually it's still shrinking. =P Last i measured was a few weeks ago and that was when i was 86kg. So now at 83, lol, meh... i'm too lazy to measure. Maybe later. Figured i'd stop cutting once i hit 80 or so.
Hey aint 80 a bit too small for you...? I am aiming 90 now... You plan to stay at that weight?
Well, think about it. At 95kg, i had 16.9 inch arms. At 92kg, i had 17inch arms. At a whopping 86kg, i have 17.1-17.2inch arms. So i don't think it's too small for me. We'll see. I'll probably retake measurements next few days.
what your waist measurement at the hip? the bone. this measurement is at the belly button right? so i was wonder if ur waist ever get smaller than ur waist/hip bone. its gonna be freaky lol
I guess it's the illusion. Bodybuilding is all about that. So while my waist would still be bigger than a woman's, some of them are getting envious of my waist to hip ratio. But i tell them it's all illusion. They don't seem to get it.
