The power are sufficient for me even in Econ Mode.
The car is very agility for such a big SUV

By the way, is it a way to install Waze APK on Honda HU? I downloaded from HU internet browser but failed to installed

Welcome on board.. I used to drive B segment car, straight away jump to this car.. it is a huge upgrade to me.. overall satisfied with it. High quality in and out. Very quiet and agile ride(though the car seat is abit hard)

The HU isn't running Android and as such won't take apk installs.. .. Get Android Auto installed on your phone, connect via cable and launch on HU.. Waze is available on AA. Not on Apple Carplay.

On my HU, it has App list, inside there have a App Installer, after select it it will show
"Cant found APK on USB root directory"

The other APPs "Browser" and "Download" UI is same with Android.

I'm using iPhone that's why I looking a way to install Waza haha, otherwise have to use Apple Map

I have been using a Apple Map for almost a month. It's not too bad. Quite good at navigating and does show traffic. But Waze is more fun. Anyway, Apple Map boleh tahan also.

Honda HU is running on Android based OS, same goes to the HU found in Civic. However Honda has blocked 3rd party apps installation and there have been many discussion in XDA developers on how to root it but if I'm not mistaken its not avail till today.

My bad.. ... Depending on dev interest, someone may just find the exploit and make public. I'm assuming the method for the civic doesn't work on the CRV.

Install AA and connect. It runs a very stripped down version of Android

AA and let the phone use your car GPS , plus you get turn by turn direction in your HUD

Time to move to Android and get AA !

That thought does cross my mind. What is a mid-end Android that will do this? I think I don't need those high end - I am not replacing my iPhone. Just thinking of supp a line and get a mid-Android phone for this purpose. Crazy?

Hi guys any recommended shop to install anti theft lock and also anti theft rim bolts/nut for crv. My SA said her contact is rm500++ for the anti theft lock and honda is selling the anti theft rim bolts for rm200++., this is a bit pricey for me. Area around puchong or pj. Thank you in advance.

I know quite a number of accessories shops are selling the Thai's Locktech for CRV G5 for about RM230-260. Not sure about the bolts though
