They all come with auto fold if I'm not mistaken. RS and V definitely.

Better than original horn of some cars that sound like duck quacking. I can't remember which car I drove then with this horn, I am so embarrass with it, I never use the horn...ever.

U guys know if our CRV RS can tweak the to be the same as Thailand ones which produce 207PS and 371Nm?

It’s the same powertrain. Honda Malaysia just didn’t quote the combined output, they only quote separately petrol only and motor only. The combined figures will be identical to Thai and U.S. I believe.

Our model has two motors also—they all do. The way it works is one motor acts as a drive motor and the other one acts as a generator. AWD does not have more power.

For Honda dashcam, what apps are you guys using to connect your phone to the dashcam?

The app name is "MetaDrive2".

To view the DVR videos:

Step 1 - Download “ MetaDrive2 “ app

Step 2 - Get inside the car n on the engine

Step 3 - On WiFi ( off mobile data)

Step 4 - Select the “ MetaDrive2 “ & Key in Password 12345678

Step 5 - Then go back to the MetaDrive2 app

Yeah default password is 12345678, it should also show up on the dashcam screen when you first start the car.

My SA sent me with quotation with Honda dash cam but at the same time, they quote me optionally with 70mai dash cam...

thinking about to go with 70mai instead of the original dashcam, ask them to install A810 and pay the difference

Honda dashcam is fully under Honda warranty while 70mai is technically a side income for the SA. If I am not wrong, check with them the 70mai is plug into the 12V accs plug or same as fusebox like Honda dashcam.

Likely direct to your external 12V plug to avoid warranty issue.

The combined HP and Torque are just marketing gimmick coz it MAKES no sense as motor drive and engine HP are separated in eHev. You either use the motor power with engine serving as generator or it clutched in to use ENGINE during hard acceleration or high speed drive disengaging the motor. The motor and ENGINE can't drive the wheel at the same time, it switches to either one. I think this apply to all HEV.

From my read in fb, honda dashcam even look expansive, the video output quality is poor, front number plate also blur vs other brand

The only reason I went Honda dashcam is for purely warranty purposes. IMO doesn’t make sense to spend 200k on a car but get your warranty screwed up especially for RS where the battery warranty is eight years, and so I want to keep things as official as possible so I have peace of mind.

Anyone going to Honda Safety Driving Course ? I got only a SMS. Where can i get more details.

I got 1....quality is nowhere near ddpai z50, very far away but actually still ok. Forget abt reading car plate, as long as can record accidents good enuf.

The function is bare minimum. The only thing I like about it is the casing for the wiring, DDPai and 70Mai has its wiring dangling if want to put the dashcam in the middle.
It is 50% more expensive with a quarter of the function and video quality if DDPAI and 70Mai and the only thing going for it is the warranty assurance.

As a fire and forget dashcam, it is adequate tho. If you want to put it on tik tok, forget about it.
