Hello guys, I just subscribed to Digi 150 Infinite a few days ago, I wanna ask for some tips and tricks from you guys to share for better connections performance.
Currently, Im using my phone for tethering which got 4G status and around 1Xmbps speed. Pretty confidence that my area is not really congested. Thanks ! Oh and btw, does this Digi 150 really 'Unlimited' internet ? Because i heard that its actually have limit which is 1000gb = 1tera ? |

Invest in a router if possible for long term usage. Refer to first post for recommendation. Yes, 1TB limit and I totally salute you if you can achieve that. |

QUOTE(#Victor @ Oct 18 2017, 01:41 PM) You probably accidentally subscribed to some SMS services as I googled and found that Fortumo is some form of SMS service that uses direct carrier biling.FYI: https://community.digi.com.my/t5/Postpaid/D...vice/td-p/21129 This post has been edited by Maestrol: Oct 18 2017, 03:31 PM |

Digi Infinite 150 is a recycle no. and it seems this is happening quite frequently. It also happened to me but I was lucky to find out earlier and wasted RM 1 for this. Managed to find out the root cause and stop the service. Mine is due to Bangla voice mail, so I stopped the service and disabled voice mail.
Though I have told Digi is unacceptable because they should have cleansed up the no. and reset all to like new number without any previous user's subscriptions. Well, I don't know if they listened, since mine has no more issue, I didn't pursue further. I guess you guys can complain to Digi and MCMC if required. |

live chat also able to activate roam like home, but the problem is, yesterday i called 2211800 without the 016 prefix (because 016 to 016), they charged me as 65211800!!! i already write email to them and i think many people got scam with this as well if they didn't dial the prefix. the strange thing if the call is not complete, you can't charge people for 8 min+, there is no such number 211800 in singapore...

To all sifus,
I am using E5186s-22a using Huawei firmware version 21.316.01.00.00. I have been getting better speedtest results on my mobile than on my laptop at the same spot. iPhone 5S - (7Mbps Download, 22Mbps Upload) rMBP Late 2013 - (6Mbps Download, 3Mbps Upload) Will updating the firmware get a more even result? Also, will adding an antenna will help to improve my speeds? Envious of ppl getting 50Mbps download speed. This is my LTEWatch screenshot Thanks! |
