Speed for i150 since evening quite terrible, suddenly DC then when back online can't use Google dns.

Now at night can use Google dns, but the ping is quite high (below 150ms) speed 5-10mb.

My friend call they said will be OK within 3-4 hours. Not sure what's the problem, i try speedtest via digi server also problem (other server no problem).

Infinite got problem? Speed soooo slow..

Yeah i think got problem since 5-6pm. My friend speed also terrible.

Problem also in Putrjaya area, since 7 pm.

Sandakan infinite digi user here also got problem, funny thing i cant access internet using router but can connect internet using my phone right now.. Weird though.. Maybe digi change something?

The connection is ok but the ping still high and speed not like normal.

My normal ping is below 30, since this problem occur ping is 130-160. Speed from 75-80 drop to 3-10mb.

Hope they will fix this.

Restarted and still as bad. 115ms ping, 1.5Mbps download, 4Mbps Upload. Reporting in from Penang.

OK, I will report. Make sure Google DNS is disabled, heard there are some issues with it.

from my own testing, it seems like ip range start with 10.x.x.x got problem access google service, but thing like bing.com and other ok.

while ip range 100.x.x.x is perfectly fine, it is also faster and have a lower latency.

Same here in ipoh perak..restarted sereval times already..speedtest showed normal ping below 30ms download/upload 45mbps/30mbps but google web cannot surf at all..tried so many other web also cannot load page..im not using google dns..

optus normally all is e5186s-61a does not support some cA in M;sia..

e5186s-22a viva,tele2 or huawei is support CA in m'sia.

B525 is good selection..it support many band and many type of CA...

Speed’s back to normal in the morning. I wonder what happened last night.

Man. Ive been trying to subscribe infinite 150 for numerous time since this morning. Keep showing failed payment. Tried to add as supplementary to my existing number and also as new principal line also cannot. Call customer service but they keep me waiting for 8 mins. Live chat also busy. Wth.

Ya, back to normal, no wonder can't use 4G yesterday, thought that my place is too congested or phone problem, until everyone here faced the same problem.

Anyone of you have issues connecting to Steam game store using Digi Infinite?
Last night was working fine for me. I'm thethering from smartphone. Been using thethering to play PC Steam games it works fine for 2 weeks but not today.

Now I'm unable to connect to any Steam games from PC...even the Steam desktop app having connection issues.

Is there a way to work around the issues?

Normal internet surfing youtubing all OK works fine.

Issues as in they blocking it? Please no, my new house don't have Fibre or even streamyx, I depend 100% on i150
