The lifesytles can be adjusted and adapted, I assume as long as you dont have high commitment under you belt that cannot be eliminated, e.g. Mortgage, PL, Credit Cards. Besides cost saving factor, what other causes that company (e.g. epcic, drilling, fpso, etc) hired âboat peopleâ for upper level position?
- local not qualified? - which I dont think so - local doesnât want to take responsibility? - high responsibility vs salary package not attractive? - no push from client to increase/prioritise local content (in contract and execution)? - client doesnât have confidence in local talent/capabilities? |
