Hi Guys, What is the latest sop going offshore? Quarantine 14 days before mob and 14days after demob? If working freelance, will the company give allowance during quarantine? Thanks.

Going back another 14 days quarantine at Miri b4 back to KL. Start late last year, no more 14 days quarantine after demob from offshore, straight can go kl

Under sarawak & sabah shell, quarantine mandatory in miri/kota kinabalu for 14 days and swab test. this one covered by shell for their contractorx, this is for non-residence miri/KK. For PFLNG, mandatory quarantine 10 days with 50% cost covered by client & 50% covered by contractor. Petronas Sarawak imposed mandatory quarantine as well and swab test, but not sure if the cost by contractor/client. In a report today, global energy portal Energy Voice reported that TechnipFMC said it would provide front-end engineering design, and integrated engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning of subsea production system, umbilicals, risers and flowlines.
The contract covers the development of 10 deep-water wells and their tieback to the Limbayong floating production storage and offloading (FPSO) unit in Malaysia.
TechnipFMC will design, manufacture, deliver and install subsea equipment including subsea trees, manifolds, umbilicals, flexible risers, flowlines, jumpers and other associated subsea hardware for the project.
The project will be carried out by TechnipFMC’s Kuala Lumpur office and will leverage its local manufacturing plants in Malaysia.
