So what are the next big EPCIC projects to look forward to? Anything interesting? Bokor first steel cut in Q3 2018, then there is Pegaga awarded to Sapura. Anything else to look forward to? Petronas seems quiet here, I remember in 2012-2015 so many projects!

Morning everyone! I'm studying applied geology and going for industrial training next semester. Let's say I'm given a choice of working at CGG and Petra Energy, which one is a better choice for me?
As for CGG, i heard from my senior that they would probably take you as a full time after the internship as they will train you during the internship. I will be doing seismic processing at CGG, according to my lecturer if you work as a full timer you will probably  not getting the chance to transfer to other department and will be facing computer all the time to process the data.
Working at offshore is my dream, is Petra a better choice? Glad to hear any opinions...

PTW level 1 or level 2?

For level 1, done in house by petronas. Free but must be under company who have active contract in order to participate.

For level 2,

only petronas technical training sdn bhd (under INSTEP if not mistaken) provide the training
