I admired those who could stay offshore on a long duration time.

The longest time I spent on an offshore platform was 3 days 2 nights, when we had to carry out surveys on the platform for brown field engineering works.

I felt like it was the longest time in my life.

I never thought I would feel so joyous and delightful when I heard the chopper approaching the platform to pick up desperadoes ppl like me who missed main land so much!

EPC award delayed to Dec 2020.

Jerun CPP EPC award delayed end of the year.

Next CPP is Lang Lebah. That's one big field development.

FEED is in progress, which include a new riser platform design.

EPC tender is not out yet, probably end of 4Q or 1Q next year.

Topsides engineering and design.

I guess that Limbayong is no longer their priority. They would rather focus on a project that is 100% ON, over a project that doesn’t even look promising to its owner.

The partnership might have changed. Sembcorp was "equal" partner with MISC initially, but my guess is that MISC has opted to be the main contractor-operator of Mero 3. Easier for them to call the shots.

Mero 4 bid engineering is on-going now.

Last year I read an article about future market of FPSO globally. The author forecasted that there would be about 20 FPSO’s to be built in the next 10-12 years.

Lang Lebah platform, the next CPP Floatover in Malaysia after Jerun. Big development, both offshore and onshore.
