WHO is controlling them?
the militia men definitely arent,since they got their asses handed to them
so if it is the soldiers,what if we allign ourselves with those soldiers?we skip the boss fights? i doubt it.

a third player in the middle east?

or just plain Liquid's army?

I don't think we will skip the boss fights....
Maybe they are being controlled/ordered by Liquid....or maybe another mastermind behind this

And It seems their attack pattern would be in a group like in the trailer and not solo...maybe when we confront them, we separate them one by one from the group for solo elimination

or maybe foxhound+raiden+snake+militia men all group up and take the bosses on at the same time
imagine the chaos
and how cliched it would be if they all eventually lose,and as snake,we have to take the bosses down one by one
