I just switched to Digi yesterday. Then I went to reload RM 30 to my account so that it stays active. I notice that my free credit balance went down from RM 3 (because I reloaded the aforementioned amount) to lesser and lesser, and eventually the actual credit balance from RM 30.41 to RM 20.41 this morning. I did not call anyone or do anything. As for the internet, I redeemed the starter 1GB for free so I believe the use of internet did not incur the loss of balance. Can anyone from Digi help?

Sub to IDD to prevent PAYUDial *138# if I am not mistaken... Sub to idd Check if got idd If it is not available.. Try sub 300mb for rm4 weekly so that it will prevent phantom missing credit. All Digi new prepaid plan, be it Best or Live, have basic Internet. No credit will be deducted. Call 0162211800 and ask for help, fast and easy.

How does 1 day validity extension works? Is it 24hrs or until 11.59pm the same day?

Hi
Wanna subs rm30 bband for utube only. Questions :- 1. Utube is unlimited 24x7 but speed cap at what speed ? 2. I read before that bband use voip so speed is 64kbps. The issue still exist ? Attached thumbnail(s)
