The download speed would fluctuates if it's congested but the download constantly hovering between 0.39-0.41 however, Upload can go above 15 Mbps easily. I'm not sure if it's tower specific or regional cap.

Anyway, it's back to normal now where i can achieve 5 - 20Mbps with 4G.

Will be back to KL on Wednesday and I assume things will get better from now on.

Only Digi can give you a definitive answer for this. But not sure if they will.

i checked with 2 digi staffs via live chat they told me until dec 2018 only

used live chat to activate GBoost for my current postpaid family 150 plan. just noticed they activate Roam and IDD Calls for me too

Well the original deadline was 31/12/2017 but they quietly extended it by a year. So who knows if they will extend it again...

Recently I'm looking for a prepaid plan which provide 365 days validity and free basic internet, then I found digi. but 1 year validity cost RM 108, wow, don't treat yr customers like fool.

Not necessary true to judge based on that pattern. Sometimes it’s the connection max out at the base station (each base station can only take certain number of active connection at one time) or backhaul capacity is insufficient.

Well..tunetalk postpaid rm8 monthly with 1GB data
Damage: RM96 yearly with monthly 1GB data

Or OneXOX 28month validity amd buy data season pass at rm50 for 10GB...use 500mb monthly for 20 month.
Damage: RM50 only

last year brought a digi prepaid simpack about RM60 which have longevity for a year, now it's going to end in a few days, do i need to reload another RM60 for another year or they already cancel the plan switch it to another?

Was that early last year? If so, that would be the 2016 version and it was RM68 for 1-year Super Long Life (SLL). The cost has risen to RM108.
To check, can use the MyDigi app to see the version (as I don't have the USSD code offhand), then check against the table in the Digi Community's Knowledge Base table.

Reload RM100 will last you for 120days then after 120 days, reload another RM10 add another 10days.
- You'll need to have more than RM108 to see 365days SLL option.
- At the end of your validity period you'll need to purchase 365 days SLL to 'tahan' for another 1 year.

- more than RM108?
- after end or before end?

does that means RM108 will be used for 365 validity period and cannot use for call? if want to call need to reload again?
