I tried before... No dealers will accept anything above RM 5k. Reason being of the bank charges unless you are willing to absorb it. Secondly, you are using AMEX, it's even tougher.

Tested latest beta 4.27.00 release for Android Auto and i can confirmed it's working. But dash display direction is not accurate.
*
I never knew that the normal Android Beta/RC is also Android Auto compatible. The latest for Android Auto Beta is 906 smile.gif

Envy Android Auto able to use Waze, maybe get a cheap Android phone just for Waze haha!
*
Rooted iOS can use Waze as well according to the LYN Civic forum members. There is a guide at the FAQ - didn't try it though, my iOS is standard.

I own the TC-P, but yes, the 1.8 is easier & (slightly) cheaper to maintain compated to the Turbo engine. Every 6 months or 10,000km, go preventative maintenance.

Turbo needs to follow normal PM & Maintenance Minder for oil change - may, or may not be the same as normal PM schedule.

Latest Waze for Android Auto Beta v4.26.0.906 is out.
*
1.8 + CVT is smoooth like butter... u only hv to service it every 10k km, maintenance price wise maybe very slight;y cheaper than 1.5T?

when press the pedal, i personally think the 1.8 give u a slightly sharper response and then just go smoooothly~

but if you need the speed... 1.5T is one u shd go for, better fuel efficiency as well. this 1.8i get 11-12km/l (below 10k km mileage), many 1.5T driver here get better mileage

i just listen to radio and spotify and both need minimum 10
but the rear speaker will be louder than the front
*
Radio music doesn't provide "enough" bass to kill the noise.. haha

Din try spotify yet.. biggrin.gif

With some bass it can kill off some traffic noise.. except real loud motorcycle exhaust noise

Apkmirror stated it's AA compatible (4.27.00). So, I just install it and true enough, it's working! ,,😃I felt it's much better this time and there are some updates as well. Only thing, need to follow your guide pg 1 for installation and the dash direction doesn't sync nicely.

agree with you, 10 is the minimum.. however cant really feel the bass, maybe the bass speaker is too far at the back? coming from honda city, think city's bass is more punchy.. thinking to replace front speaker to something more bass..

there is a bass control in the settings in case you don know. however, it wont make a huge difference (better than nothing)
