Any of you guys here experiencing malfunction of the # button on the keypad? Me and my bro got the same problem la, every time we pressed the # on the keypad,nothing shows on the phone. Sometimes need to pressed it repeatedly and hard to get the button to work. I suspect that the problem is caused by me accidentally dropped my phone several times

I have to admit that this problem causing me sakit hati all the time when I compose a sms. Is there anyway that I can fix the prob? Roughly how much does it cost to repair it? I need you guys opinion on it.

oo use tis phone when my k850 got problem... lol my sweat go inside the keypad of k850... the shop owner borrow me his w580.. is not bad the phone.. sound system can match my w960 now.. lol

anybody? at least recommend me a place where I can get it fixed at KL because I'll be moving to kl mid this month. Mine is an AP set.

after i sent to am corp mall to fix the keypad (for free) , seems like wont break. keypad fixed since last month

About the keypad cracking issue, im not sure whether it still persists.. but my w580i i bought last year september.. and until now, only number 6 cracked, and its not an issue at all for me, i still use it normally..

honestly, i dun think the keypad cracking thing is much of a problem..

but if ur really really worried about the keypad thingy, u can juz get the Ori set and replace keypad for free when broken.. or not then, pick other phones like w910i(this phone lagsssss a lottttt)....

oh yea, and da price for w580i ori set, now is about rm9**

how long for them to change the keypad, within the same day? or need to take few day? i'm thinking of bring my w580 to amcorp mall tomorrow..

i have a question for fellow W580 owner.

is there any reason why would you choose the W580i over the S500i? judging that they both look pretty identical, except one is with Walkman 2.0 and one doesn't.

ori S500i is about RM6xx while ori W580i is about RM9xx, hmm

for me...i like:-

- the design
- radio
- fitness counter

The walkman function is very important to me, and the shake to shuffle is kinda cool, coz i dun have to unlock the phone to change and shuffle the song..

and the fitness function is cool, i actually care about how many steps i walk a day, and i try to walk as much as possible..

plus, i love the walkman logo on the fone.. haha..

I totally agree with them, walkman is important, fitness counting also can boost u in ur jogging, cos u will wanna know how much of calories u have burn so far. haha
