Thought of getting this phone...yet, anyone been regret for getting w580? i saw alot of second hand w580..jus bit worry about the keypad cracked issue..

I suggest u dont buy second hand.

I wont buy second hand phone..just dont expected i will see so much of second hand W580 in the shop...jus wndering does it worth when the keypad issue didnt solve..

I also saw many shop selling used w580.. even now new 1 is getting cheaper and cheaper...

i thought they had alraedy fixed the keypad cracking issue for the newer units? no meh?

ya... is already fixed but some still have that problem.. even my friends too...

hey, can this phone support 2gb M2 card??? without lagging???

I'm now finding for used w580i...

I have 1 unit W580 silver blue. the key pad does not seem to crack very serious .. only my digit 3 is a bit crack .. but not serious look.

Honestly , tis phone is a nice phone.. jus tat the keypad cacat only .. but the walk man .. is Heaven.. ahahah..

It's not we crazy press they keypad so hard until crack. It's a known issue for the W580i/S500i but the problem is supposedly solved already.

I'm thinking to buy one...but by considering the keypad cracking problem, is this phone worth to buy??

i saw some forum review, said those bought this phone after June will not face this problem, is it true?

the SE already replace the material for the keypad..should be no prob,other than crack everyting is superb especially the sound it produce..if u worry about the keypad,get the original set..peace of mind

Or you could get a AP set which is cheaper than Ori about RM100+. When your keypad cracks, go buy a ori keypad which would be around RM90.
