My keypad crack has been replace by ericserve....even without my warranty card.. but with my cash bill lar ...they mention next time if want to claim mother board must present warranty card wor....

anyway the new keypad had some different with the previuos one....its kind of buldging feel when you touch it but not visible one....i think it must be some modification made to the keypad to prevent it crack again

I never regret buying this phone even several of my keypad cracked and the silver button is about to peel off. This a very2 good phone. I rather use the accelerometer/fitness application to help me lose some weight than 3g.

Anyway, I just got my keypad no4 cracked, and my top keypad's right softkey broke because of the stupid teacher who dropped our phone bag.... anywhere to find a replacement keypad in M'sia? In shops, I don't mind AP, and I want both the top and bottom keypads, I'll fix it myself...

Also, anywhere in M'sia selling silicon covers for a W910/W580? I hate crystal cases cracking everyday... broke 2 front covers already because it shrunk =.= and cracked all the way through the screen...
