My sis bought 1 recently, and i played most of the phone actually. The keypad looks more secure compare to the s500i but is still too early to tell and i have been using her phone with care. The silver nav pad will eventually peel off after some time of using like the w810i.

it is better to buy the full set/original set.......recommended not buying AP set since 2005

but if u are on budget,maybe can consider

when go for warranty,need to bring the warranty card or not? or bring the hp only?

If original set, I don't think that you'll need to bring the warranty card. Everything can be found in their computers. However, if you're using AP set, that's another story.

just bring the warranty card for safety

if ori its still from time to time need to replace the keypad until warranty end then has to buy new keypad...

Hi guys, I'm new here.
I'm interested in getting this phone in pink...
However, I'm kinda worried about the cracking of the keypad..but I've heard people saying the keypad of the pink one is of better quality or something so it doesnt break that easily.
so, juz wondering, does anyone who has this phone in pink experienced their keypad cracked before?

was wondering have u bought ur pink set d ?? cause my sis looking for a pink one... many shops not selling pink i think... she dun1 white one cause im using a white one... hehe...

and another thing... my phone kinda hang when i scroll for my message... why is it so ?? phone memory full ?? internal memory 10MB right ?? how to see how much i used ?? message using internal memory ?? cause i have a 2GB memory card but still hang...

just use yr keypad gently .... it's known to break easily at the centre row.
