btw just googled bout this issue, owh no can break easily, each row of the keypad joint together,
if we press the keypad between 4-5 or 5-6. both keypad will bend

i think both are same js the ori wan they replace ur keypad free (keypad crack in warranty) while ap doesnt cover it...

anyone know the lastest firmware for this model?

bought it rm1125 for MDM set @ LYP, all in box pacakages,
(HP itself,usb cable, walkman earphone,manual,chargers,cd driver,waranty card)



erm latest firmware, u mean 3rd party or Official one,

try update ur SE pc suite.

ern depends on ap or original set.
normally original thorus or midland set it won take so long to repair your problem. i don think ap cover the keypad warranty also.
if you're in kl sent to se authorise service centre at avenue k or the one ern beside low yat opposite the time square i can't remember the building name. their service is good
for pj send to the service centre in amcorp mall.

i guess you bring the phone go service centre will do cos your phone there have either midland or thorus warranty sticker. they recognise the sticker as well.. good luck.
