ern depends on ap or original set.
normally original thorus or midland set it won take so long to repair your problem. i don think ap cover the keypad warranty also.
if you're in kl sent to se authorise service centre at avenue k or the one ern beside low yat opposite the time square i can't remember the building name. their service is good
for pj send to the service centre in amcorp mall.

i guess you bring the phone go service centre will do cos your phone there have either midland or thorus warranty sticker. they recognise the sticker as well.. good luck.
