i am at HR54, if i jump to MR1 - does that means some optional quest that unlocks at HR100 (like Sapphire Star) will forever be locked?

or will it auto unlock all quest?

Your HR and MR are 2 separate levels. Even if you do MR quests, you still get xp for HR. Nothing to worry about.

Guys, correct me if I am wrong, but does the Assassin's mantle easily attract monsters? I just got it and I was farming for jewel decorations in the icebloom quest. Before I got the mantle, the monsters doesn't seem to care about my presence. After I got the mantle and start wearing it, suddenly all the monsters are coming after me. Everytime it happens. If I don't wear it, they will ignore me but if I did, all of them will come after me.

You have to do the HR event quest SDF: Silent, deadly and fierce. You will fight a Deviljho, Odogaron and Lunastra in the special arena. Jho and Odo will be out first at the same time and then Luna will come in last. Once you completed it, you will get a Senu's Feather. Collect 2 and then talk to the armorer in Astera and then unlock the mantle at the Resource Centre.

Yes, it does aggro big monsters.

Phew, just won Rajang without getting carted. I never played hammer before and this was quite suicidal for me to against a dangerous creature with a new weapon which I am still not quite good with it yet. Below are my build;

I play defensive style against Rajang. Still really not quite use to playing hammer but managed to land some good hits. I rely on my temporal and rocksteady mantle alot. Bugger moves really fast like mad. Savage Jho came in as well sometimes to help and sometimes to kacau. Jho managed to smack like nearly 3k damage on Rajang with 2 turf wars. Luckily Rajang was getting tired and in the end managed to capture it. All done within 30 minutes. Was not really a good win eventhough I didn't get carted but I wasn't doing enough damage as I wanted. But in the end, gotten Rajang's hammer out of it.

You have to play defensive. Stunproof and health boost is a must. Speed eating is not necessary but will help at least so your hunter doesn't need time to heal. What weapon do you play? Always stay away from his front. Attack his side or back. Once you managed to make him flinched or stun, then attack his head. When not enraged, try to clutch onto him and shoot your slinger ammo for some face wall damages.

Yup, lucky grind last friday with 2 friends of mine. 1 of them keep on healing everyone while the the rest of us keep on hitting Rajang.

I cried a bit after complete it, man it was satisfaction for me.

But then again, looking at the latest event, makes me wanna cry again lol.

Im hooked with Insect Glaive, the rest no experience.
