ahhh what about warlocks? u can get the warlock to use his felhunter put it on auto atk and auto dispel on julianne. priests focus on romulo. who is your 3rd healer?

warlock ar? i dono wat he is doing. most of the time my eyes focus on raid HP casting heal.. tab tab tab n check who is agro bubble renew blablabla.

3rd healer maybe is the OT? the druid.. LOL =.=!!
or another priest who is suppose in main raid but then dono y n then balbal..

1 melee
4range dps

but then again thats the most nice group u can mix of

my guild did wiz of oz with 4melee dps warriors .. and they tried like 20times ... finally manage to down him
but .. its not advisible to waste so much time n effort on this boss because u wanna bring 4dps warriors lol
best is find a optimum team

hmm 3 healers would be wise and 1 more druid (tank/dps/offheal)...

1 prot warrior
1 mage
1 lock
1 shadow priest
1 rogue
1 hunter

then again if ur restricted to 2 healers due to slack in that department, then it's gona be tough =(

Walau your guild very accomodating laa..

All these damn TBC instances with bosses with AOE and 360 degree cleaves mean melee DPS get the shaft. If more than 1 rogue or DPS warrior sign up, they will get a lot of bad language from rest of the raid and have to duel for the raid spots

One quote got stickied into the warrior forums in my guild website:
"U no tank, U no raid" - exaggeration, but not by much

melee dpsers will still rock depending on how u play them
and with the hotfix to make cleaves only 180 degrees, you can see lots of fury warriors and rogues being taken back in. i never believe in pure range dpser's, take a look at aran's fight... that's a fight made for melees

sets84 : i tend to get very stressed about those cleaves/aoes since becoming a resto tree. my prefered choice is 2 melee + 2 range DPS + 1 healer party mode. having 3 melee classes puts a lot of stress on a healer who still have to gear up.

and a bit nervous when i level my priest up that high. when i compare her to my resto druid, thinking of healing strat is making my head hurt a lot. ><

yeah 3 melees in 5 mans is indeed stressful. usually 1 tank 1 rogue/enchance shaman/druid is all that is needed.

you're having troubles about adapting strategies for healing? i'm having troubles changing from a dpser to a healer now. My bro decides that in the end he doesn't have the heart to heal (he's the main tank healer, and also the mage healer for maulgar), and i have to swap characters with him. on top of that, i have less than a week to adapt to everything.

we dun find hard with 2 healer (1pally ofcoz, 1 h.preist)
the only thing that need to work up is the timing of CS, kick, blabla..
(we r talking abt romio~~~~~~~ julia~~~~ oh oh oh~~ rite? ) but yea maiden if with 2 healer is hard hard n hard..

i dun like to heal too.. but our healadin mia T_T spent too much $$ on gearing guess will stay @ healing spec di..

hmm its ok with 2 healers for the first few bosses i guess. but for bosses onwards like aran, prince, netherspite etc
u need 3 healers at least, prince 4 (1 hybrid will do), netherspite - confirm 3, illhoof - 3 no less no more.
prince hits hard on a good tank, spike dmgs of 11k in between the cd of shield blocks happen all too often (this is one reason why pallies cannot tank) and on top of htat some of your healers are avoiding infernals. aran.... blizzard. flame wreath. is all about the healing positions and the immobility of due to circumstances. illhoof... u need 2 healers on the shackled person and 1 off healing during shackles.

and for mualgar... u need 9 healers, where ur hybrids from karazhan have to respec to healing for the first few encounters with him. it's all about sacrificing for the good of the guild.

would you believe that i haven't been to karazhan yet?

just taking it easy atm. i get stressed too easily if i do hardcore stuff. plus, i stop running with pugs and waiting for spots in guild groups.

it was more like learning the 5-man instances. mechanar was a pain to heal in Tree Form. in the end, i just maintained everyone's health at 20%-50%. HTs were draining too much mana from me and someone else was dying more.

Not sure why it was going wrong. We started off with 1 prot tank, 1 feral druid DPS, 1 fire/arcane mage, 1 rogue, me healing. It was tough to handle 3 ppl healing in melee. When we swapped the rogue with another mage, it was easier for me.

I'm not fully resto yet because still clearing quite a lot of quests in Shadowmoon Valley and Netherstorm. My DPS output got reduced by 50% with the resto respec.

Mechanar hurts me. I get the feeling that Botanic and Alcatraz will be equally bad. Ah well. Until can get better gear I suppose.
