romulo n julianne is made much easier this time. no more double bolt kills on ur mt, no more surprise charms on your mt. no more spike dmg bravery buff that 2 shots your mt. but considering the loots from R&J i wish u all the best in getting something else ^^

mage spell steal is optional, but it should be priest and shamans dispelling/purge as soon as its up. detect magic helps, but if u got boss mods or if ur priests and shamans are spamming the dispels in between casts it should be ok.
spell steal costs 800 mana, and they recast the buff like every 45 secs... kinda not worth it dontcha think. just get julianne's buff for the boost in dps.

and no sadly u cant skip. i got R&J 3 weeks in a row...
