I just went to SonicGear office in Sunway Damansara last saturday to

replace my A3's vacuum tube, they charged me RM60 for it and when I ask

them for resit they said dont have 1.

I just want to ask forummers whether this is normal procedure not giving
any resit after a customer paid for a service ?

to tell you the truth from what i hear from most sonic gear owner who seek for after sale service (repair, etc), they aren't very good at delivering good after sale service... kind of disappointing though when this day it require longer and deeper relationship with customer for a business to be successful in the for a long time.
i do not hold any expectation for sonic gear in the future

What are you guys' experience with the Earpump?Mine was bad...

First i bought a set of earpump.SQ was excellent. After about 2months or so,there was no sound on one side of the earpiece. Thus,I brought it back to the shop for warranty claim. They gave me a new set.2 months later the same thing happened.

Sigh..anyone sharing the same experience which i had?

Sonic Gear is well known for QC issue, mine broke down after a week, but after RMA nothing happened till now. if it break down again i will hop to Edifier's bandwagon

I was considering to buy Earpump as well but changed my mind after seeing what happened to my speakers, bought KOSS and Sony instead

should be RM199 for BT3 and around RM220 for Armageddon, although both of them are practically the same thing

imho Sonic Gear speakers are only good for movies/gaming, and yeah, certainly have QC issue.
i remember that there was another forummer who bought another SG speakers from PC Fair, also broke down within a day or two doh.gif
