I am Apocalypx A6 user. Bought it in last PC fair. It was 399 and was said to be offered price. Erm, the speaker looked nice no doubt, but it was spoiled on the 1st day i use. Walao. 400 bugs leh, zha dou, then have to 1-to-1 change back at sunway damansara if i am not mistaken, so far wei. Well back to the point, the price of the speaker has dropped to 299 not long after the PC fair. Walao eh, 100 bugs eh, if to say drop a bit nvm la. aiyo. i really wan to terjun bangunan le. So sad, kena tipu ady.

I got an offer to buy Evo 500fx at RM109. Is it a value buy? Do the sound produced sharp and clear? The bass tight or not..Cans I play it loud without any distortion? i'm asking here coz I can't test the speaker at the shop. Thanks..

aiya,me also wat,last time i buy A5 at rm399 at pc fair,than after 1 week,the price drop untill rm299 and than tis model discontinue..
hm..plan to sell my A5 off to get AegoM,anyone interested?

guys i want to buy a 5.1 sonic gear speaker....Izzit good?.....can list out the model and price?

I used to own Apocalypse A5 for a month.
Bought it at rm285.
I don really like it, and my set has 'noise' - some low buzzing sound.
Guess it is from my power supply, which is shared with many other devices.

Sold it off after a month.
prefer my trusty ATP3 instead.

Evo 500FX?I just bought one from the PC fair, only RM 99. The other features are all okie for me but I duno whether when you on it really loud it' s okie a not lo. During the PC Fair, the guy tested not bad actually.

where is the pro? y he just no reply any of our reply?

If u're looking for better bass.. this wont be ur choice..
For me, it is a basic speakers.. Normal normal only..
Depands on ur budget and ur needs..
Pls try to listen to the sound before u buy it..

welll basicalli sonic gear serve me good ... bought a evo550Kfx nice la ... can blast till ppl complain ! but the karaoke function there doesnt seem to satisfy tho, coz ... when u plug in the mic and u put everything to d max , ur normal voice still louder than the speaker sound ...

and ... last pc fair ... in april one ... i bought a Sonic Gear Earphone worth RM 39 in the Audio Hall, but when i get into hall 4, i saw a shop they sell at RM29... same model somore !!! dunno y d price like tat ge la !!!

Added on April 30, 2007, 1:23 amplus the sound realli makes me to sick bac to philips 140 earphone model ... altho is cheap and sound ok... at least its better than sonic gear tat RM39 earphone ... tat earphone ... treble so freaking high ... bass less ... quite a bit regret of buying it ! stick bac to philip!

actually i dont know what's wrong with sonic gear's pc fair's prices.
even lowyat is cheaper than them.
thought of getting bt3 in pc fair...they qouted rm199 with free ciplak earphone. i saw it in lowyat 1 week before selling at rm190.
they wouldnt wanna give discount......so i ended up getting edifier m3300 at rm215 with free not-ciplak earphone.
so..i dont think it's a good deal getting sonic gear's stuffs during pc fair. will definitely kena tipu...

well, depends on products i guess. EVO3 was selling cheaper than lowyat last year. and i got my EVO7 at the same price as lowyat with free headphone. so how is ur edifier m3300? i've been hearing lotsa good review about that speaker, if not because of my low budget, i would've have go for that also

m3300 clarity is superb! i set my sub on full bass, just nice for me.
the bass is not as strong as bt3 but if you set bt3 on higher bass it will cover the treble.
if you are not someone who go for super strong bass and most of the time you listen to pop/jazz and not trance/techno. m3300 is the best speaker for that price range....
at first i thought ill regret getting m3300 cause I really like bt3. but after some burn-in. im quite surprised that i like it more than i like bt3. in terms of the sound quality...

Yalor,m3300 better in treble side,but between BT3,i like bass mostly becos of listen to trance or techno music.

helo guys,i'm new in sonic gear thread..i got an Armaggeddon A5..wow..most powerful speaker among all the sonic gear speakers..its actually is Blue Thunder newer version..orange colour rite..power output is the same..even 5.1 oso macam lose to A5 wor..am i rite?i mean in sonic gear product lah.hehe..n A5 quite cheap too leh,RM209 nia..
