from what i read :
UAHF vs UASF (BIP148)
UAHF will do the contingency plan "The activation time is configurable. We will do the hard fork at 12 hours and 20 mins later than UASF.
why after 12 hours and 20 mins later?
it seem those in UAHF also welcome conciliation with UASF albeit the UASF group must provide them the satisfactory plan for segwit
"Later, we will support the activation of SegWit on the UAHF chain if there is no patent risk associated with SegWit and if the arbitrary discount rate of witness data segment is removed."
