change from POW to POS, any impact on mining?

I believe for genesis it would be better to exchange code with each other so that both can benefits from the bonus hash rate. I've been doing that at reddit.

From genesis mining website

The Ethereum mining plans will run for a maximum of 24 months, however, should Ethereum (“ETH”) switch to proof-of-stake before the end of the term, we will use the leased hardware on a best-effort basis to mine the most profitable coin with that hardware for you. Please refer to the contract for further details.

not sure how profitable is the other coins. Anyway if can mine for another 4th month, then it is no different than buying directly from exchange now. After 4th month onwards, it is a bonus.

If you use ETH package to mine other coins (after ETH gone into Proof of Stake), you will get the other coins as payout.

Atfer that transfer to exchange to trade into bitcoins and cash.
