I have a ciplak GPU which is not enabled for some reason, and a Ryzen 5 3600. So I usually average around 30+ BANs a day, on Full mode and running for at least half a day.

EDIT: By the way BAN can be wrapped (wBAN) on the Binance Smarr Chain. You can stake your bananas at the pool or supply liquidity and earn some APR through Metamask.

Sure, it's actually quite easy to setup:

1) Go to banano.cc
2) Scroll down and download a mobile wallet (I recommend Kalium). Setup your wallet, backup your keys.
3) Click on Banano Miner, it will lead you to the Folding @ Home page. Enter the address you create from step 2 and the client will download.
4) Setup the F@H, enter the necessary details (your ID, team ID, passkey) and set the folding power to max if you can.
5) You are done. Happy folding.

To check your progress on the completed WU (Work Units), right-click on F@H icon at status bar and choose Web Control. Once the progress bar reaches 100% and resets back to 0, you will be paid in BANANO and your mobile wallet will notify you. That's why it's better to leave your PC running so you could complete as many WUs as possible. With the passkey, you get extra bonus for every 10 completed WU.
