charging high withdrawal fee but paying 32% out from the fee and now the transaction stucked for more than 16 hours. They blamed the network congestion but I don't have issue with LBC which confirmed within 1 hour.

They took over the market  from Luno when Luno was in issue somewhere in 2017

Interesting.. which means they take highest fee from user but end up take a cut and they themselves relay with lower transaction fee?

KUALA LUMPUR (July 17): Binance, the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange platform, has been added to Securities Commission Malaysia (SC)’s Investor Alert List, which lists out entities that do not comply with Malaysia’s securities law.

On its website, the regulator said Binance is operating a recognised market without authorisation from the SC.

It is also noted that Binance’s peer-to-peer (P2P) platform had in March added support for users to buy certain cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, USD Tether and Ethereum using Malaysian ringgit.

ya no need report, but if amount is too huge or frequent not sure if will get suspected as money laundering LOL

High chance bank will ask you to declare why there's such high amount of transactions especially when you holding normal savings account only...

You will get away with LUNO but not Binance since it's P2P bank transfer.

If you look at Binance P2P note, they always request sender not to put sensitive keywords such as "Binance, USDT, Crypto etc..."

It seems like investors had buy enough BTC when it's hovering around 12-13k... They are moving to storage now...

Maybe it's harder to drop from now on?

PETALING JAYA: A Malaysian woman and her husband, a foreigner, were arrested on Monday for carrying out illegal cryptocurrency mining and online gambling activities in Ara Damansara.

Police also seized RM1.41 million in local currency from the 27-year-old woman, who was a banker turned businesswoman, and her 33-year-old spouse.

Petaling Jaya police chief ACP Nik Ezanee Mohd Faisal said yesterday a team from the district and federal commercial crimes investigations department (CCID) raided a terrace house at about 1.15pm on suspicion of illegal activities being conducted there and arrested the couple.

He said checks on several computers found in the house showed the suspects were allegedly involved in cryptocurrency mining without being registered with Bank Negara Malaysia.

Any idea why crypto mining need to register with bank negara? Is it even illegal if you are paying for electricity?

From the news, I see the main point is due to illegal gaming website which targets Chinese market....
*
Yes, illegal gaming website... they are the developer for gambling web... most likely some tip off...

but it's strange that crypto mining is illegal from law perspective... I wonder can law enforcement even saman someone from just mining? because it does not involve with any transaction... no buy no sell...

Malaysia always have this kind of grey area...

You read the Youtube as given above. BNM said no such license
*
Yes, I've watched youtube... but since when police give saman need to follow one... They have their own "law"...

no license given from BNM that doesn't mean it's not illegal... That's why i was saying so much of grey area...

Anyway, I'm not miner so not affected... are you mining or just trader?
thankyou

Any pro can advise? Should I sell BTC/ETH right now?

The climbing rate is "worrying"... Why do I have this kind of feeling it may crash anytime....

I've been wrong for the past 3 - 4 weeks though....

imagine more and more company and bank adopt cryptocurrency. Dont think the price will drop like 2 years ago.

That's what I'm thinking too... more and more financial companies are buying BTC... they won't let it happen...

but who knows what will happen...
