Hi guys,

Urgently needing some advice. To start off, I will answer the 3 questions posted;
1) 22, 178 cm tall 122 kg sad.gif BMI=39.7 cry.gif
2) Diet. To make things short, previously what I've consumed is all the bad food you can find. And numerous of meals in a day.

I've seen doctor last week, and she diagnosed me metabolic syndrome x. Saying that I am facing pre-diabetes symptoms. So, eventually I've been controlling my diet these few days. Excluding carbohydrate stuff like rice, noodles and etc. I only take breast meat and veggie for now. Oh yeah, and some fiber bread too. Still, I'm torn between what to eat sometimes. One doc say I can't noodles the other said different thing. It has been headache for me.

Eventually, I've also signed up gym(Menara Axis-Fitness First) and been working out since. Mainly focuses on Cardio stuff. However, I am rather blur of what and how I should be doing it. In order to burn more fat-increasing my metabolic rate-that is. Kinda hoping to find someone from my gym to guide me, as in I don't really have money for trainer. Just a rough guidances would be good too.

So, if you have any comments on the dietary and workout i should do, I would appreciate it.

for cardio try doing bicycle at the meantime for 20minit at least.. this will avoid huge pressure on your knee and ankle compare to running on treadmill.. then start walk a lot..

do weight training as well.. it will help burn more fat and calorie than cardio.. when i mean weight is u use the barbell, dumbell not the machine one..

and one more thing, go and read LYN members workout journal.. especially SydG's , Ryansxs's, canopies's, danillo's journal and so on who already achieved tremendous result from their workout..

here is the link to the member workout journal Click here
and good luck yaa..

One question though, I've just started weight training (to burn more fat) and find myself easily burn out at even low weight.

How should i move from there?
