I want it shaded from the sun. So install right under the roof overhang.

Thought about maintenance issue. But only could lower it by 10-12 inch from current height. There's a window overhang underneath so can't go lower. Still able to vacuum and water jet the cooling fin on a ladder.
I'm also using the longer bracket usually installed for 1.5 and 2hp units. About 4" longer than normal 1.0 bracket. Lots of clearance at the back for access. Needs new mounting holes drilled on the bracket tho.

Good thing with having all the tools and ability to do it, is that I can move it anywhere in future if current location not suitable.

advisable to invest in their 18v system if budget is not an issue. 18v have more useful tools compare to 12v

let me check with them if you are really keen. anyway ct hardware already listed their new tools in lazada ( their lazada price is cheaper ( RM700 ) than their own website ( RM779 ), maybe uploaded pricing error? faster faster grab it with lazada discount code drool.gif ) the others tools is the same pricing, only this vacuum got pricing glitch... brows.gif

product link :bosch gas 15 ps - ct hardware lazada

only 4 units left for this pricing...

example of my purchase if use lazada voucher....using samsung s8 glitch voucher rolleyes.gif laugh.gif

if the price is way too out of this world pricing, they will cancel. ask for sorry voucher.

but this is probably just a small pricing mistake, they will honor it one.

i also have many vacuum at home, karcher wd3, bosch 18v x 3 pcs, bosch 12v, cheap deerma handheld vacuum x 3 pcs. now added this... rclxub.gif but's each has it's own use and places biggrin.gif

very interesting but dunno when this will arrive here, probably in year 2020? damn piss with bosch my mad.gif vmad.gif

video in russian language

i personally find this very useful ( not in term of size portability, but useful at the job site...no need to bring phone wall charger and look for power point. just attach it to the battery and start charging the phone..

size comparison between the new gsb 18v ec metal chuck and my all time favourite, gdx 18v ec
user posted image

the height comparison, it's just a few mm taller. the gsb handle has been reduced in size compare to predecessor but still not as slim as the gdx. but still feel good to hold compare to those 12v...
user posted image
user posted image

comparing with gsb 12v....the 18v is shorter than 12v ! look at the handle size too. the 12v is gigantic compare to 18v ( because it need to fit in the battery into it )
user posted image

gsb 18v ( with 4.0ah batt ) vs gsb 12v ( with 2.0ah batt ) height comparison. It's not a fair comparison because the 18 battery is so much bulkier ( should compare it with 18v 2.0ah batt, but i don't have one ). the 18v range is getting so compact, more power and longer runtime and make all my 12v driver redundant...

Those 10.8v drill has fat handles that doesn't really fit my small hands.
18v's handles is slimmer and better to hold, but 18v tends to have bigger motor and heavier.

a vacuum pump isn't exactly a power tool.
making this the last power tool that i've purchased.

Since now people using more battery powertools, why some failed faster than others.

Battery is the extra cost add up to your tools. And it is expensive if it die earlier.

This is the reason why.

I see most battery got balancing circuit wired in, Bosch its too well covered in wrapping can't see it to confirm.

China made Makita clone battery with less complicated control circuit costs 1/3 of original makita battery.
