Tenderfield have a private access to the Swan Lake; without having to directly pay for the upkeep of the lake. Lake is CCTV monitored and patrolled by Polis Bantuan and closes at late evening.

How is the response for Stoneridge? Heard the response for Whitten is not bad.

Initially Tenderfield is the only Semi D in EM when they launch Tenderfield if I understand correctly. They change the plan to launch Semi D in Stoneridge later.

I suppose timber floor is the solid timber floor, Strip they actually mean laminated timber floor.

Thanks. Meaning Swan Lake is not an unique landmark for Tenderfield but rather sharing among public. But good to hear Tenderfield have a private access to the Swan Lake. Hopefully visiting time for Tenderfield resident is different (longer) from public. Otherwise the private access will give no special meaning to the residents.

Whitten purchaser all tauke besar. Taukeh besar no need worry much, can hold few years without tenant..

Yes, you are absolutely right. Swan Lake is the landmark for EM but not Tenderfield.

I got wrong info (or I wrongly heard...) as I remember SA told me one of the selling points for Merrydale is private 3.7 acres majestic gardens and parks while Swan Lake is the landmark for Tenderfield.

Negative. There's no direct access to the lake. Not sure what you mean by private. There's no private lake within the precinct.

The access is possible and planned but EW leave it for Tenderfield owners to decide whether not they want to open the access.

Additional access should come with decent security control with no additional cost. Otherwise, it will be meaningless for Tenderfield residents.

It seems like not all residents had received the survey. Hopefully this exercise is rolled out in batches ...

From security perspective that's a big no no especially for a precinct that has no front gate. Security is paramount to everything and everyone. If one wants to exercise just walk to the lake via the road that has special walk way along the way. There will also be additional cost for this convenience to maintain the security and door access.
