Yeah, Swan Lake is still nice though, perhaps good for those who want to jog & exercise quietly as opposed to Majestic Park in the commercial centre.

Can view Ivoris from outside already, very nice. Spacious carpark. Whitten design should be similar. So far, no confirm tenant yet. Don't know need to wait until when?

Yalar, Swan Lake is nice but disappointed that it is open for public and not only Tenderfield residents. So, no special theme in Tenderfield lar

Nobody will go to Majestic City, unless EM constantly organize event there.. But organizing event which is far away from show houses/sales gallery not something wise to do woh..

Understand that Weeping Meadow is a beautify retention ponds, are there fountains like lakes in P2 & P3?

There is no fountains as P2 & P3 since it is just a beautify retention ponds plus it will be high cost to maintain fountain. I dun think MPKJ willing to maintain it for us as well. Anyway, compare with lots of individual tiltes/strata titles landed property, this park consider very good ady.

Fountains will not last long if the water is not treated with chemical dosing to kill the biological growth that can grow in the pipes and pump over time and damage the systems.
