So, there is no special amenities/landmark within Tenderfields itself although it is Semi-D complex. But at least the row facing Swan Lake can enjoy nice lake view |

The precinct with private lake is Gentlebre, and Tenderfield is not the only semi D precinct in EM, the upcoming Stoneridge is also semi D, including cluster and bungalow. |
