Retention ponds serve a more primary purpose other than aesthetics. You can beautify it but most likely authority will discourage it especially if you want to modify slope profiles/depth and what not.

No matter what the percentage of parents sending their kids to international school is still relatively small simply because the fees are exorbitant. Sure, every parent strive for the best education but spending thousands of RM (and I'm not talking about less than 20k) in a year for a child's education is a really big deal to many many parents and the truth is majority of parents in Malaysia at the moment can't afford those kind of figures.

Artist illustrations have been talked about for dunno how many versions of this thread already. Fact of the matter is that EW "over-marketed" their products to the point that what they built is not a good enough representation of what was marketed in the illustrations. Foresee more discussions about this in the many many months to come.
