Partially, that is what I knew. That's why the relocation of Pin Hwa happened at the very early stage of Setia Alam.

So gomen basically has approved the relocation but due to 80% building costs, that's why still cannot approved "officialy" now?

Nobody will go to Majestic City, unless EM constantly organize event there.. But organizing event which is far away from show houses/sales gallery not something wise to do woh..

Shop offices can be convert to sales, that's why fast.. That's why Ivoris and Brighton in EM going to VP soon.

EW should be no issue in terms of profit earning these few years, since mostly rely on phase 1 project. Important is if the sales can be maintained/sustained for phase 2,3,4 etc in all their projects later.
