I think I read somewhere Tan Sri said there will be no more land expansion in KV.. They want to focus on value-added elements on their projects now. One of the focus is EW will build 3 schools, no?

That's true, EW staff manyak kuat spreading this and that one... Need to wait long and see if they will realize.. I heard many many times about EM going to have some commercial labs in Majestic City.. Until today, still can't see anything even shadow..

Anyhow, just hope EG purchasers can push loh, next year will VP loh if not mistaken..

Erm, it is abit awkward on the logic of this statement. If this principle apply, then who will move to Puncak Alam, from Kuala Selangor? At least you are not..

Same to Semenyih as well, initially most from surrounding like Kajang / Bangi / Cheras.. There also some outliers that I knew are moving from Ampang, Seri Kembangan and Puchong also..

The key point still infra/amenities/landscape attract people to move in, while more people move in shall attract more infra/amenities to come in at the same time. This is how a township grows.

EM still can rely on Ecohill for many amenities / infra, basically the disappointment more towards to EW (who self-claimed as township developer) with slow pace in amentities development instead of EM. EM overall still the most premium feeling project in Semenyih area.

Go sales gallery ask, they will give you.. But of course not as generous as Setia loh..

Lols... That's why during Tan Sri left, a lot people speculate SP Setia going to sink.. Nonetheless, come out SP Setia outperform EW in terms of township development (at least in Semenyih area).

So, sometime what we thought and what is actually happened is not tally one...

All these design can be found in many projects oversea. They bring it to Malaysia not copy paste meh?

Dun talk about lab anymore.. Currently in EM shadow also can't see...

Oversea got Hollywood and Bollywood, doesn't mean copy paste Hollywood and Bollywood in Malaysia will fit in well and consider an "innovative breakthrough" they can proud of..

Innovative is important for sure, but innovative in township development is much more important than the house design alone..

You can bring ciplak Mars design to the Earth and blow it as innovation, but is it something the Earth need it the most, compare to food and air which you consider as "boring stuffs" and no innovation?

Township grows doesn't take any jaw dropping fancy design as the priority, the key point is to integrate the necessity elements that residents craving for.

EW most of the landbanks are moving to phase 2 and onward launches. I am eager to see how long they can sustain if solely relying on the "the innovative design".

There is no way innovative house design can overtake amenities/infra/job creation in stimulating a township growing.
