I think is all about location, for Palm Mall is very cramp there, and the parking is not easy, i like Palm Mall, but everytime i want to go there i have to cancel because of the problem i mention. For Mydin senawang is very good location and got many people there. And look at AEON S2, good location also, people from senawang, temiang, seremban, and other area will go there also

Wow 23KM is far from BSS, but in Nilai i think damn, why they not use BSS to build HSR station here because got a lot of empty land. For sure price for house in Bdr Estek, KLIA and Nilai will boom, not like BSS and Seremban 2 is far from HSR and the market value will stagnant

Is this household income estimation to buy house in N9 are valid?, what u all opinion on this. and why S2 Heights is the most expensive house here

And 1 more thing S2 Heights also have their own S2 Club House 6 star same like dTempat BSS if im not mistaken, thats what make the price higher, compared to the house that dont have any club house facilities is cheaper
