I think should be in Mukim Labu of Daerah Seremban, 1600 hectare almost 4,000 acres, it won't be in Seremban town.

I am more concerned on the occupancy of Sendayan Merchant Square, noted Merchant Square has been VPed but only few shops in the midst of renovation the rest only see advertisement banner.

This is normal for shop houses to take around 6 or 7 months after VP to open business, not sure which month the Merchant Square VP.

With more and more Chinese students enrolled for Matrix Global School, I noticed that some units in Dextora and Elvina has rented to the parents of Chinese students, heard that Chinese government make it compulsory for parents to accompany their under-aged children to study oversea, hope it make help in rental market.

Not only parents but teachers seconded from PRC school need accommodation too, their students morning attend IGSE and learn PRC Exam subject in the evening.

Almost all of them owned by GLC, banks, KWSP, KWAP.
Any problem?

HSR delay or not won't affect BSS, the sales figures tell everything.
As long as the job opportunities available more people will move in and make the township prosperous.

BSS need a hospital and college to make the rental market more attractive to investor but it take time icon_question.gif

Anwar to contest Port Dickson Parliament seat which is just next to BSS, hope he will succeed and become PM in 2 years time.

After becoming PM, hope more fund to be allocated to NS for development and revive Malaysia Vision Valley rclxms.gif

I believe DSAI is here to stay, Permatang Pauh is for his daughter and Pandan reserved for Rafizi. Look at Langkawi, TM make it free port and well known tourist attraction when he was/is PM. Furthermore NSMB from PKR too, this is good chance for PD and BSS to be prosperous this round.

SPA.will be prepared by lawyer then duly signed.and stamped, this is a valid legal document, any delay in deliverong your house the developer will be penalised.

Didn't look like KLIA Linkage but more like report below:

“We will build a stretch from Bandar Enstek until Sendayan. This road will also link to the new Seremban-KLIA highway that will be built soon,” he said, adding that six bridges and three major intersections would also be built along the new Nilai-Bandar Enstek stretch.

Got this map from Matrix SA on Malaysia Day, but SA didn't know much about KLIA Linkage. Based on fact gathered todate, seem that this Sendayan-Enstek road is part of the KLIA Linkage.

Kiara Sendayan belong to Matrix too.

In term of location, the proposed theme park located in Enstek, TH's project.
