There are few BSS's residential area, all area VP at different period, all are landed houses no apartment in BSS yet.

1)Nusari series area, VP in stages from 2010 to 2013, commercial area are fully occupied, the residential area occupancy rate also very high if not fully occupied, got 4 schools (SMK, SJK (C ), SJK (T) and SK to be completed in year 2019) and a PETRONAS petrol station in this area.

2)Idaman series area, VP in stages from 2011 to 2015 (exclude the 500 bungalows that represent partial compensation to Felda settler), commercial area Metro Park phase 1 are fully occupied, KFC, Affin Bank, boutique hotel, Marrybrown, sports centre, PETRON station are among units established there.

4)Suriaman series, newly VP, no commercial area as yet.

Matrix announced their quarterly result ended 30/9/2018.

For the quarter ended 30 September 2018, the Group recorded revenue of RM253.3 million, an increase of RM50.4 million or 24.8% from RM202.9 million in the previous year. Seem that Matrix's sales didn't affect by economic downturn.


But d'Tempat Country Club really need to put in more effort in maintenance, at least two aquatic gym equipment no more there, floor on kid wade pool has been cracked for sometimes no action yet doh.gif

The combine students population in BSS (SK Felda Sendayan+ SMK, SJK ( C), SJK (T) and MGS) is around 2,900, if based on 5% population theory, the estimated population in Sendayan should be around 58,000. If based on 10%, the population should be 29,000.

SEREMBAN (Nov 8): The agreement to develop an aviation hub in Labu, Negeri Sembilan is expected to be sealed early next month.

The signing ceremony between the newly-established Negeri Sembilan Corp (NS Corp), Airbus, AirAsia Group Bhd and Sime Darby Bhd is expected to be witnessed by Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad, said Dr Mohamad Rafie Ab Malek, chairman of the State Investment, Industrialisation, Entrepreneurship, Education and Human Capital Committee.

“The plan to develop an aviation hub, which will also function as a maintenance, repair and operations facility for commercial planes, is going well.

“The feasibility study will start in January next year and we hope the development will take off once the study is completed,” he told reporters after the closing ceremony of the International Education Research Seminar 2018 here today.

Mohamad Rafie said the Negeri Sembilan State Assembly recently approved the establishment of the NS Corp, which would be responsible for formulating and implementing the strategies and plans for the state’s economic development from now till 2050.

“This involves the entire state, encompassing all economic sectors, including the industrial, agriculture, tourism and service sectors, in order to ensure systematic development,” he added.

A basic three stage site investigation scheme is put forward;
stage I, which consists of “site exploration”, is preliminary;
stage II, “site investigation”, is detailed; both these stages are more or less completed before construction starts;
stage III, “foundation investigation”, is carried out during construction.

Soil investigation is part of site investigation.

Construction alone already 3 to 4 years if everything smooth.

Yup, the factories are enviroment friendly type and most of them are MNC, it offer non only technical related jobs but accounting, HR and admin jobs too.
